報告人簡介：楊凱，副教授，博士生導師，現任長春工業大學數學與統計學院統計系主任，吉林省高層次人才，曾赴日本島根大學學術訪問，兼任全國工業統計教學研究會理事，中國現場統計研究會大數據統計分會理事，中國現場統計研究會多元統計分析分會理事，中國現場統計研究會經濟與金融統計分會理事，吉林省工業與應用數學學會理事。主要研究領域包括時間序列分析、高維數據分析、貝葉斯分析等。主持國家自然科學青年基金項目1項，吉林省自然科學基金面上項目1項，吉林省博士后基金擇優資助項目1項，吉林省產業關鍵核心技術攻關項目1項（子課題負責人），吉林省教育廳科學研究項目1項，橫向科研項目1項，以主要參加人身份參與國家級、省部級科研項目4項。以第一作者、通訊作者身份在Applied Mathematical Modelling,Computational Statistics&Data Analysis等雜志發表SCI論文16篇，其中二區以上論文5篇，ESI高被引論文1篇。榮獲第四屆全國高校數學微課程教學設計競賽全國一等獎1項，指導學生參加學科競賽獲得國家級獎項10余項。
報告內容簡介：In recent years, Bayesian variable selection methods have achieved more and more attention. This study focuses on the Bayesian inference and variable selection problems for a class of quantile autoregressive models with explanatory variables (QAR-X). We introduce three Bayesian variable selection methods for the QAR-X model. The Gibbs sampling algorithms are developed for each method by setting different priors. The numerical simulations suggest that the Gibbs sampling algorithms converge fast and Bayesian variable selection methods are reliable. A real example is given to analyze the relationship between the count of total rental bikes and five explanatory variables. Both simulations and data example indicate that the proposed methods are feasible, reliable, and appropriate for analyzing the gold price and Bike Sharing data sets.
